Dr. Barry Odesnik

BVSc , BVSc (hons)

 

Dr. Barry Odesnik qualified as a veterinarian in South Africa in 1987. After spending two years as a military veterinarian he entered small animal private practice. In 2000 he completed a three year post-graduate degree in Small Animal Internal Medicine. Barry and his family immigrated to Perth in 2000 and worked for one year as an emergency veterinarian after which he worked for six years in a busy small animal practice. Dr. Barry has a special interest in veterinary dermatology, cardiology and management of osteoarthritis.

Lara Odesnik

 

Lara has been qualified as a veterinary nurse for 18 years. She received a diploma in veterinary nursing in South Africa in 1988. She has worked in small animal practice for 12 years and has worked for a veterinary nutrition company as well as a veterinary pharmaceutical company. Lara has two children, Gaby and Brendan, Emmy the dog and two beautiful cats.

 

Sara Johansson

Veterinary Nurse

 

Sara was born and raised in Sweden and moved to Perth in 2006. She qualified approximately a year ago and is loving every minute . Sara has lots of pets, Kevin her emu, two horses, a beautiful kelpie named Bonny and Keera her Irish Wolfhound. 

 

Pat Morris

Veterinary Nurse

 

Pat Morris is a fully qualified veterinary nurse with many years of experience. Pat has a special interest in rehabilitation of Australian wildlife. She has three lovely golden retrievers, Ben, Isabel and Harry.  

 

 

Katie Harris

Veterinary Nurse

 

Katie has a veterinary nurse for about 5 years, mainly working in small animal practices. Katie has a Jack Russell Terrier x, Toby, a budige, weiro and a horse called Jarrah. She is working on expanding her “family”.

 

Corrine Power

Veterinary Nurse

 

Corrine qualified approximately 2 years, but had a break in-between to go traveling the world. She has recently return to join the team here. Corinne has Molly, her Manx cat and much to Molly’s disgust a new puppy, Norman, a boisterous little Griffon.
